The use of the Ascension Passport is expressly governed by the following general conditions:

Benefits and operation

The Ascension Pass is a reloadable prepaid card that can be used exclusively for leisure activities within the framework of the Ascension Pass. You load the desired amount in euros. This is debited each time the card is used.
The Ascension Passport allows you to benefit from reductions for the purchase of leisure activities from a service provider who is a member of the system, indicated by any means of communication. The rate of reduction varies according to the activities, from 7% to -50% at certain leisure providers.
The Ascension Pass is non-nominative and can be used by several people, for one or more activities.
The Ascension Pass does not give any priority on the facilities.
Some activities require a reservation, please ask the service providers or the website.
Activities booked in advance can be postponed (depending on weather conditions), but in no case exchanged or refunded.
The Tourist Offices and the SOGEVAB cannot be held responsible for the non-operation of activities.

Conditions of purchase and validity of the card

The purchase of an Ascension Pass at the price of 1 € is a prerequisite for any use. 
The activation of your card is necessary to use your credit. This is done by creating an account on this site by entering the card number, an e-mail (unique account identifier) and some personal information.
Save time and top up your card online from your account.
You can also request a refund of units from your online account before 30 September of each season. Otherwise your credit can be used during one of the next 3 summers.
Attention: The credits loaded on the Ascension Passport are only valid for each summer season.
The use of the Ascension Passport implies acceptance of the general conditions of use. You will be informed of any modification of the general conditions by creating your account on the website.

Card loss or theft

If your Ascension Passport card is lost or stolen, you must stop your card directly from the "My account" menu on this site or by going to one of the points of sale and indicating your card number and your full name or by calling SOGEVAB on 04 79 00 00 18.
s soon as you have a new card not associated with a customer account, you can request the transfer of your balance of credits and rights to this new card at points of sale, or by e-mail to support@passeportascensionnel .com or from SOGEVAB on 04 79 00 00 18.

Cardholder information

General or specific information, the list of partners and the advantages offered, special offers will be communicated to you periodically as holder of the Passeport Ascensionnel card, according to the information you have chosen to receive. You can unsubscribe or change your preferences at any time from your customer account. You can consult our data protection policy here in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

Third-party apps

The services associated with the Ascension Passport, in particular the features of benefit coupons, instant wins, loyalty, electronic purse, can be integrated into third-party applications, websites and services (“Third-Party Applications”) in order to content, products and/or services available to you. These Third Party Applications may have their own terms and conditions and privacy policies, which will govern your use of such Third Party Applications. You understand and agree that the Ascension Passport does not endorse and is not responsible for the behavior, functionality or content of any Third Party Applications or any transactions you may enter into with the provider of such Third Party Applications.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
