Benefits and operation

The Ascension Passport is a rechargeable prepaid card that can be used exclusively on leisure activities within the framework of the Ascension Passport. You load a certain number of units (1 unit = 1€). These are debited each time the card is used. The Ascension Passport allows you to benefit from reductions for the purchase of leisure activities from a service provider adhering to the system indicated by any means of communication. The reduction rate varies according to the activities, from 7% and up to -50% with certain leisure providers. The Ascension Passport is not nominative and can be used by several people, for one or more activities. The Ascension Passport does not give any priority on facilities. Some activities require a reservation, inquire with service providers, or on the mobile application and website. Activities booked in advance can be postponed (depending on weather conditions), but under no circumstances exchanged or refunded. The Tourist Offices and SOGEVAB cannot be held responsible in the event of non-operation of the activities.

Conditions of purchase and validity of the card

The purchase of an Ascension Passport card at the price of 1 € is a prerequisite for any use. The activation of your card is necessary to be able to use your credit. It is done by creating an account on this site or via the "AllinSmart" mobile application by entering the card number then an e-mail (unique account identifier) ​​then some personal information. Save time and recharge your card online from your account or on the mobile application. You can also request redemption of units from your online account before September 30 of each season. Attention: The units loaded on the Ascension Passport are valid only for each season and the units cannot be refunded or used beyond this duration, as they will be expired and erased from the balance of the card. The use of the Ascension Passport implies acceptance of the general conditions of use. You will be informed of any modification of the general conditions by creating your account on the AllinSmart website or mobile application / Ascension Passport Choice.

Card loss or theft

If you notice the loss or theft of your Passeport Ascensionnel card, you must block your card directly from the "My account" menu on this site or in the Allinsmart application, or report it by e-mail to support@passeportascensionnel .com indicating the number of your card and your surnames / first names or at the points of sale of the card or SOGEVAB on 04 79 00 00 18 . Third-party apps
